This Plugin adds the option to track your RSS reader or Twitter clicks by using Campaigns. You can use Google Analytics and/or Piwik.
Twitter Campagns can shorten by Bit.ly
And now you can add a QR-Code to Facebook liked Pages.

  1. Upload plugin-name.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Go to the Option Menu and change your Options
